Singularity Inc. is a software company in San Francisco. We build tools for reading what is already on file, starting with the filings that companies and their insiders send to the SEC.
Company
Public records are public in name and hard to read in practice. A Form 4 is a legal document. A 10-K runs to a few hundred pages. We write the software that turns these into something a person can follow on a phone, with every figure traceable to the document it came from.
We do not run ads and we do not sell data. What a person looks up in our software stays on their device.
Insider Desk
Insider Desk is our first product, an iOS app. It reads the SEC record as it is filed: insider trades from Form 4, company financials from the 10-K and 10-Q, and the weekly Commitments of Traders report from the CFTC. Each item links to the filing it came from. It is on the App Store.
